Sea Life Park sits at Makapuu on the Waimanalo side of the highway and runs education programming aimed at local students alongside its general park experience. Daily habitat talks and animal presentations cover honu, monk seals, penguins, seabirds, limu and sharks, and school groups book field trips at kamaaina student rates. The park also hosts periodic free-form keiki days built around conservation learning, crafts, community booths and keiki hula.
