Nonprofit judo club founded in 1977, practicing at the Newtown Estates Recreation Center in Aiea. Instructors teach traditional Kodokan judo with an emphasis on character development for young judoka — belt promotions weigh school grades and behavior at home alongside technique. New students start with dojo etiquette and safe falling before learning throws and grappling.
