The Honolulu Police Department’s Police Activities League runs low-cost youth sports seasons across Oahu, including a designated Kailua and Waimanalo area with its own PAL officer. Seasons rotate through coed and girls basketball, volleyball, flag football, baseball and softball, judo, and other activities, with gym-based sports often held at the Waimanalo District Park gym. Parents register by submitting a PAL membership form and contacting the officer assigned to their area.
