Na Pono No Na Ohana is Partners in Development Foundation’s free family education program on Hawaiian Home Lands in Waimanalo. Keiki from birth to age five come to kula with a parent or caregiver twice a week, so the adult learns alongside the child rather than dropping them off, and the program pairs classroom sessions with home visiting and parent education. The organisation also runs adult education for anyone 16 and older working toward a high school diploma, and partners with Malama Honua Public Charter School on daily literacy tutoring.
