The University of Hawaii CTAHR Cooperative Extension runs 4-H youth clubs and programs across Oahu, where kids take part in hands-on projects such as robotics, animal husbandry, gardening, and environmental conservation. Youth join through traditional community clubs, special-interest (SPIN) programs, garden-center activities, and school enrichment. Families enroll by completing the county interest form; the new program year begins each September 1. Note: Island-wide membership org; participation is through local 4-H clubs, joined via the county office.
