HYSA is a statewide umbrella organization that supports competitive and recreational junior sailing on Oahu through affiliated yacht clubs such as Waikiki Yacht Club and Hawaii Yacht Club. Families join through an annual membership, and the actual on-water sailing programs are run by the member clubs. It also affiliates with the Hawaii Youth Rowing Association.
