Ka Papa Kai is a hands-on marine education program run by the nonprofit Malama Pupukea-Waimea for students in grade four and up at Kapoo (Sharks Cove) on Oahu’s North Shore. Sessions cover reef ecology, species identification, coastal restoration, traditional fishing practices, and ocean safety. The program runs on a seasonal schedule rather than year-round.
