About This Program

Verified

A nonprofit Hawaiian outrigger canoe paddling club established in 1971, paddling out of Poka’i Bay on Oahu’s Waianae (Leeward) coast. Keiki age 10 and older can join; no prior paddling experience is needed, but swimming ability and passing a swim test are required. The club partners with Na Holokai Keiki Canoe Club for its September-December long-distance season. Note: Swim test required; season-based youth program.
