Tutu and Me is a free traveling preschool run by Partners in Development Foundation that brings early childhood education and caregiver support to families with keiki from birth to age five. Sessions meet twice a week for two hours at community sites, blending Hawaiian culture, play, music, and early learning. Families enroll by mailing an application; new applicants are currently placed on a waitlist. Note: Free program with a waitlist; runs at multiple rotating community sites across Oahu (e.g. Kaneohe, Honolulu, Kapolei, Waialua), not a single fixed location.
